- Late Check-Out Without Notice: A fee of £50 per hour will apply for unauthorized late check-outs.
- Lost Key Policy: A £500 fee will be charged for lost keys to cover replacement and re-keying costs.
- Excessive Garbage or Messiness Penalty: A penalty of £90 will apply for excessive waste or mess left in the flat.
