House Rules & Policies

• Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties or disruptive activities are allowed, and any disturbances may be reported to the authorities.
• Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please contact us at least 1-2 days in advance to confirm.
• Late Check-Out Without Notice: A fee of £50 per hour will apply for unauthorized late check-outs.
• Lost Key Policy: A penalty of £500 will be charged for lost keys to cover replacement and re-keying costs.
• Excessive Garbage or Messiness Penalty: A £90 penalty will apply for excessive waste or mess left in the flat.
