Flat Rules

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

• Available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please notify us at least 1-2 days in advance to confirm arrangements.

Late Check-Out Without Notice

• A fee of £50 per hour applies for unauthorized late check-outs.

Lost Key Policy

• Lost keys will incur a £500 charge to cover replacement and re-keying.

Serenity and Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Parties or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited, and violations will be reported to the authorities.

Excessive Garbage or Mess Penalty

• A penalty of £90 applies if the flat is left excessively messy or with excessive garbage.
