Flat Rules

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, please take note of the following guidelines:

• Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please contact us at least a day or two before your arrival to confirm.
• Late Check-Out Without Notice: If guests check out late without prior notification, a fee of £50 per hour will apply.
• Lost Key Policy: In the unfortunate event of lost keys, a penalty of £500 will be charged to cover replacement and re-keying costs.
• Serenity and Quietness: Our villa is located in a peaceful residential area. To maintain a tranquil environment, please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties or disruptive activities are allowed. Any disturbances will be reported to the authorities.
• Excessive Garbage and Messiness Penalty: A penalty of £90 will be charged for excessive garbage or messiness in the flat.
